Congratulations and Thank You to the many individuals, families and businesses who helped the Foothills District exceed our 2008 Friends of Scouting Goal.  We received $188,006 in pledges, representing 101.6% our $185,000 goal.  This contributed to the Atlanta Area Council also exceeding its Friends of Scouting goal for the year, coming in at 101.8% council-wide.

To all of the volunteers who worked to achieve this outstanding result, and to those of you who pledged your support, thank you very much for helping to keep the Scouting movement strong in Cobb County and throughout the Atlanta Area Council.
