Medical forms are required for EVERYONE attending this event be it Scouts, parents, siblings, etc. Since the trip is less than 72 hours, only Parts A and B are needed. The form can be filled out on the computer, printed and then saved for future needs. Download it here. Give it to your camping committee.

 
PACK LEADERSHIP INFORMATION

Registration

Check In Roster: Use this roster to list all those attending (children and adults) and turn in Friday. This is mandated by the rangers at Woodruff.

Parking is enforced. No parking in camp by order of the Rangers. You must use the designated areas. If the parking lot is distant from your campsite, we suggest using a shuttle service. You may drive to your campsite to unload, but then move your car before setting up camp.

Packs attending should 2 represenatives to the planning meetings. We meet at 6:30 pm, 2nd Thursday of every month (before Roundtable) at the Roswell Street Baptist church. Entrance is on the Aviation Rd side, lower level Building C (entrance between Buildings C & D on the right).
