Unit Information Update

Use this form to submit information about a Troop, Pack or Crew. This information will be considered for publication on the Foothills Website. It must be reviewed before it appears on the site. Unit leader names, email addresses and phone numbers will be removed from the public website if requested. Email addresses that appear on the Foothills website are obscured from spambots. We respect the privacy of all individuals for whom you provide information, and will use this information only for Scouting purposes; it will not be released to unauthorized third parties.

All fields, except for your email address and unit information, are optional. Provide any information you wish to update, anything left blank will be unchanged on the site.

Unit Leader
Information about the unit leader (Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, Advisor or Coach). This information is published by default, as one of the main contacts for the unit. We will remove the contact information for anyone who does not want their information to appear.
Committee Chairperson
This information will be used to update our records, and will be published on the website, as a unit contact, unless the individual requests that it not be published.
Additional Contact
If there is another person you would like to have shown as a contact for your unit, provide information about that person here. This information will be published on the website only with this person's consent.

This is for our records only. We do not publish Charter Organization Rep contact information on our website.
