Welcome to the Boy Scout Roundtable. The Foothills District Roundtable has become one of the premier roundtables in the Atlanta Area Council. What is Roundtable?  It's a Learning, Sharing, Meeting, Greeting, Asking, Telling Training, Planning, Networking, Eating, Funning, Educating, Showing, Doing, Rewarding, Camping, Hiking, cooking, Scouting Extravaganza! 

Roundtable is the place to discover the many resources available for your units and other district related events.

Whether you are a new Committee member, Assistant Scoutmaster, Scoutmaster or District committee member, or have been scouting for many years, you will likely learn something new at each monthly Roundtable.  Our goal is to provide you with the most up to date, relevant information to help you provide the best BSA program to our youth. 

Our trained Roundtable staff provides breakouts formatted for specific experience levels and positions - Troop Committee, Assistant Scoutmasters, Scoutmasters, District personnel - that help get that information to you.  In addition, as BSA changes, so does the information and there's no better place to stay at the top of the game than Boy Scout Roundtable. 

Our main program provides an informative presentation by experienced Scouters and other professionals from inside and outside of Scouting.

And we have a lot of Fun in the process.  The hospitality and networking time allows for those conversations to gain resources for your units' benefits. With the implementation of door prize drawings and attendance awards the roundtable staff demonstrates our thanks for participating in one of the great resources of the Foothills District.

Plan to join us each second Thursday of each month at Roswell Street Baptist Church in Marietta, just a half mile west of the Big Chicken.  Gathering time begins at 7:00pm with food, fellowship, announcements, and preopening showando's.  Remember that the early birds get the worms.
